Junior Flu Fighter

When I arrived at the Pediatric Center at 5 PM, you would have thought they were selling the iPhone 5.  The line was the entire length of the hallway and wrapping around the corner.  The receptionist told me earlier that if there was a line, expect to wait 15-20 minutes. 

I waited about 25 minutes, but was pleased with the organization of the flu clinic and myself for putting Evie in the stroller.  There was also a sweet young girl in front of us that played the pick up monkey game nicely with Evie for me. 

Evie was very brave and only cried for a minute after the shot.  Luckily the nurse said "all done" which prompted Evie to give her hands up, "all done" response and stop crying.

"I'm a junior flu fighter"

Does that look like a girl that just got a flu shot??  I think not.
