Ahhh, a day to regroup after all the magic yesterday.

Last night the Chicago Cubs won game 6, forcing an exciting game 7 tonight to claim the World Series for the first time in 1,000 years. Not that long, but I don't remember the exact time so I will exaggerate ;) Last year when
we were with Jason's cousins, they gave us Chicago Cubs shirts since they live there now. Funny how useful those were a year later!

Since we are staying at a RESORT, there were lots of activities for us. We tried out mini golf with the kids for the first time.

We decided to not keep score for less competition between the kids... but I'm pretty sure I beat Jason ;)
The next chunk of the day was spent at the heated pool and lazy river.

Jason and I headed off to Disney Springs for dinner while G and Poppop had a pizza night with the kids. Jason and I enjoyed a nice evening of slow eating, talking, walking around holding hands, and stopping to listen to various acts performing. Darn game 7 had to be on to make it an early night. Poppop didn't mind staying with sleeping kids, so G, Jason, and I sat outside at the resort bar watching the game. We called it a night at 11... the Cubs made it a little longer than us.
