Parker came home!
Our house has been so quiet without Evie and Parker. Parker had a great time in Lancaster: he was outside a lot, made a trip to Petsmart, sniffed his way through F & M's campus, slept with G, ate one of the new bathroom rugs, and that's about all I know. What happens at G's, stays at G's :)
Yesterday was also a great day for Evie. She took 4 bottles! She took almost 2 oz each time.
Today she took 2 already, so that means 7 straight successful bottle feeds. (Yes, I can do math. She took a bottle the night before the 4 bottle day) She still gets the NG tube feeds after her bottle feeds and overnight. We're so proud of our little girl for getting the hang of bottle feeding.
Evie will be at KKI for a little longer. My goal is to leave without the tube. While that might be unrealistic, I'm hoping more time will help her get a solid foundation on eating skills and hopefully less outpatient therapy and no more trips to the hospital in 2011.
