Just Like Daddy

Evie's vocabulary continues to grow.  She also associates many things with a particular person.  She can point out brother's diapers versus hers.  She found Grandmom's Coke Zero bottle in the recycling bin and instantly said, "Me-Ma!".  Poppop brought her a bag of Goldfish (we normally get the large pour one) and every time she sees one, "Poppop, Go-Fish!"  She knows a beer bottle is "Daddy's".  She knows the chocolate covered almonds are "Mommy's treat".

She has been calling out our coffee drinking recently.  We call her one cup, her coffee mug, so now she drinks coffee with Daddy out of their travel mugs.  (I use a real mug since it can go in the dishwasher... anyone that does dishes all.the.time. can sympathize with me)

Daddy looks like he needs some coffee.
Oh look, it's the Eagles sweatshirt!

Evie also requested to be like Daddy by wearing her crocs.  At least she is still asking for her milk, not Daddy's beer.

So adorable! I love the word/image associations with your family members! Those are such precious memories.

Kate called coffee "hot" for almost an entire year, and I will NEVER forget the day Ella added "brewski" to her vocabulary. I couldn't wait for her to bust that one out in front of my teetotaling Bible belt family! :)
